Exterior Renovation completed. New roof structure with a steeper pitch as well as new energy efficient doors and windows, custom siding and custom trim.

Rolling Ridge
Raising the roof involved framing a new roof structure and the installation of engineered beams to provide an open concept home. After the interior walls were demolished it was time for the chimney to be extended 12' and restructured to meet the clients needs.

Chimney completed with locally sourced stone called Boston Blend. This is a real stone product and was installed in a dry stack style with no grout between the stones.

The new enlarged front soffit was dressed up with a engineered product for maintenance free curb appeal.

Part of the extensive remodel included a new kitchen, new bathroom, and a new entrance to the basement to combine both spaces into one.
